Production Merchandisers

About the Role

We are looking for a Production Merchandiser with hands-on experience in garment manufacturing (kidswear). The role requires close coordination with buyers, sourcing teams, production, quality, and vendors to ensure timely execution of orders from development through shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage orders from receipt to shipment.
• Coordinate with buyers on approvals, timelines, and order requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Time & Action (T&A) calendars.
• Follow up on fabrics, trims, sampling, production, and quality approvals.
• Coordinate with internal departments including sourcing, planning, production, quality, and logistics.
• Monitor production status and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
• Track order costs, consumption, and commercial requirements.
• Identify potential delays and proactively drive corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate order documentation and reporting.
