Production runs on operational discipline that most people undervalue and a few people make look effortless. The right merchandiser knows when a supplier's soon means delayed, when a sample round needs one more iteration, and when to escalate before something turns into a crisis. The work is unglamorous. The output is a brand that delivers what it promised.

NOOE has won a Red Dot Design Award, been stocked at Harrods in London, and appeared on Shark Tank India. We now need someone to keep the production machine running cleanly as we scale.

About This Role

This is an operations role, not a strategy role.

You will run NOOE's production pipeline — POs, sample tracking, supplier follow-up, daily status reporting. You'll work with India and China factories. You'll catch problems before they become emergencies. You'll keep paper trails that make audits trivial. Reports to the Sourcing & Production Lead.

We need someone disciplined, supplier-fluent, and detail-obsessed. Lifestyle, apparel, or bags background is ideal — heavy industrial or pharma is a poor fit.

What You'll Own

PO management — raise, track, close

Supplier follow-up and escalation

Sample round coordination

Daily and weekly production status reporting

Coordination with the China Production Manager and the dev team

What We're Looking For

1.5–4 years in production merchandising or coordination

Lifestyle / apparel / bags / hard goods background preferred

Real PO tracking system — not vague I follow up

Comfort with India + China factory communication

Specific examples of crises caught early

Delhi/NCR based
