Role Description The Merchandiser role at Naukripay Group is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and executing product displays, ensuring optimal stock levels, and maintaining visual standards in retail environments. The role includes coordinating with sales teams and store staff to implement promotions, monitor product performance, and collect customer feedback. Daily tasks involve tracking inventory, analyzing sales data, and suggesting improvements to product placement and marketing activities. The Merchandiser will also support vendor and client communication, ensuring timely delivery, accurate merchandising execution, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with store teams, clients, and shoppers.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to understand store operations, drive product visibility, and support revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess Marketing skills to contribute to in-store promotions, visual merchandising strategies, and brand presentation.
• Relevant experience in merchandising, retail operations, or FMCG sectors is beneficial.
• Ability to analyze sales and inventory data, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting and documentation.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
