Job Description

WE'RE HIRING | PRODUCTION MERCHANDISER – APPAREL

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Work Mode: On-site

Experience: 2–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Production Merchandiser to join our team and manage the end-to-end execution of apparel orders.

If you have hands-on experience in apparel production, factory coordination, TNA management, quality control, and order execution, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage production from order confirmation to final dispatch

Coordinate with factories, vendors, and production teams

Prepare and follow up on TNA (Time & Action) plans

Track sampling, fabric, trims, cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and dispatch

Monitor production timelines and delivery schedules

Ensure buyer specifications, approved samples, and quality standards are followed

Identify production delays/issues and ensure timely resolution

Maintain production trackers, reports, and regular status updates

Coordinate with internal merchandising and sourcing teams

Manage multiple orders and factories simultaneously

Visit factories when required for production follow-up, quality checks, and issue resolution

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of relevant experience in apparel production / production merchandising

Strong practical knowledge of garment manufacturing processes

Experience in factory and vendor coordination

Good understanding of TNA, production planning, order tracking, and delivery management

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Ability to handle multiple orders and meet tight deadlines

Good problem-solving and execution skills

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Willingness to travel to factories whenever required

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in an Apparel Buying House, Export House, Sourcing Company, or Garment Manufacturing Company will be preferred.

We are specifically looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and strong at factory follow-ups and production execution.
