Position Summary You will join our manufacturing team in India to help deliver safe, high-quality products at scale. You will work hands-on with operators, technicians, quality and engineering colleagues to run production, solve problems and improve processes. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Operate and maintain production equipment and follow standard operating procedures and safety rules. - Monitor production and equipment performance, report issues, and support prompt resolution to reduce downtime. - Carry out equipment changeovers, setups and cleaning to meet production schedules and specifications. - Keep accurate batch and production records to meet quality and regulatory expectations. - Support investigations of deviations and help implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Suggest and take part in simple continuous improvement activities to improve safety, quality or efficiency. Why You Work arrangement This is an on-site role in India. You must be available to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or production operations. - Willingness to work shifts and to work on-site in a manufacturing environment. - Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate records. - Ability to lift and handle moderate loads and meet the physical needs of the role. - Respect for safety rules and readiness to wear required personal protective equipment. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Diploma or degree in a technical field (mechanical, chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or similar). - Experience in regulated manufacturing or familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice. - Mechanical aptitude and experience with basic troubleshooting and changeovers. - Experience with production systems or digital tools for recording data (for example ERP or MES). - Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as 5S, standard work, or problem solving methods. - Experience using production performance measures like Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
