Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Bengaluru. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensuring quality standards, efficiency, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, optimizing workflow, troubleshooting challenges, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves monitoring resource allocation and implementing best practices to improve production processes.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
• 7 to 9 years of Experience in production planning, workflow optimization, and inventory management
• Knowledge of compliance with health and safety regulations and quality assurance principles
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Production, Operations, or a related field
• Experience in consumer electronics, or related industries is a plus
