Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage day-to-day AAC block manufacturing operations. The role will focus on achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, improving plant efficiency, managing manpower and resources, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
• Lead production supervisors, technicians, and operators to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor quality parameters and ensure products meet defined specifications.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase productivity.
• Optimize manpower, raw materials, machinery, and production resources.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Mechanical, Electrical, Dispatch, QA, and other teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
• Prepare and analyse production reports, KPIs, and performance data.
• Resolve production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Experience handling multiple raw materials is preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a dusty manufacturing environment.
