Location: Peenya NTTF & Nelamangala

Position: Production – Head/ Manager Production 

Qualification: BE. Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering.

Salary : 40000/- to 45000/-

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical manufacturing industries. At least 5 years experience as Assistant Manager or Manager position

Essential Knowledge: Knowledge about MS office, Auto CAD, E-Plan

Job Description:  Prepare the Manufacturing Plan as per the Requirement.

 Verify and Approve the Bom and other Design Documents as per the Requirement.

 Coordinate the design Team and Manufacturing Team to Achieve the On Time & Quality Delivery.

 Coordinate Installation and Commissioning of Products at the Site.

 Coordinate the Complete Design & Production Team.

 Strong Knowledge in E - plan or any other Electrical Design Software.

 Looking and testing the fabrication, wiring & testing of electrical control panel, establish electrical code, standards, HVAC electrical installation, knowledge of electrical equipment's, cables, MCB, MCCB, contactors, relay, transformer, customer drawing reading.

 Lead the shop floor workers with good attitude to get quality and quantity of work.

 Co-ordination with design team for reduces the corrections against customer specification/drawings.

 Assist to the down staff for effective supervision and fulfil the production targets.

 ensuring that health and safety regulations are met

 organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

 assessing project and resource requirements

 Setting up production targets and achieve the same within time and cost parameters.
