Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Module Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing process of solar modules. The candidate will be responsible for managing production operations, ensuring quality standards, improving efficiency, and leading the production team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily solar module production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Supervise and guide production staff and technicians.
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained during module manufacturing.
- Monitor production schedules, raw materials, and machine performance.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
- Maintain production reports and documentation.
- Handle troubleshooting of production issues and machinery.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 810 years experience in solar module manufacturing or similar production environment.
- Strong knowledge of solar module manufacturing processes (Lamination, Stringing, Testing, etc.).
- Experience in production planning and team management.
- Good knowledge of quality standards and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
