Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district for a Production Manager specializing in softgel manufacturing. The Production Manager will oversee daily production processes, ensure compliance with quality standards, monitor manufacturing schedules, and manage a team in the production of softgel capsules. The role demands ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, maintaining efficient workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements for maximum productivity.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in softgel manufacturing processes and production management
• Skills in team management, leadership, and resource allocation
• Proficiency in adhering to regulatory standards such as US FDA, WHO, HACCP, or ISO 22000
• Ability to troubleshoot, maintain quality controls, and implement process optimizations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is highly desirable
