SkyyRider Electric Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing EV manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced and passionate Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. If you're driven by innovation, efficiency, and quality, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and control the daily production operations to meet output and quality targets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, R&D, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth workflow.
Optimize manpower, materials, and machine utilization.
Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory compliance.
Maintain daily MIS reports and track KPIs for performance evaluation.
What We're Looking For:
B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering.
1+ years of experience in production management, preferably in EV or automotive sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
