Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Hyderabad. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, manage team members, and ensure that manufacturing schedules are met with optimal efficiency and quality. Responsibilities include resource allocation, adhering to production budgets, implementing quality control measures, and collaborating with different teams to meet client specifications. Qualifications
- Proficiency in production planning, resource management, and workflow optimization
- Strong knowledge in quality control processes and ensuring adherence to high production standards
- Team leadership and interpersonal skills for managing and motivating staff
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address and resolve production challenges efficiently
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Experience in jewelry manufacturing or luxury goods production is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
