About the Role

B-One Business House Pvt. Ltd. is seeking highly skilled and result-oriented Production Managers to oversee our seafood processing units. The ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in the shrimp processing industry, ensuring operational excellence, high yields, and strict adherence to global compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Lead and manage day-to-day production activities to ensure seamless workflows.
• Strategic Planning: Execute production schedules and ensure all targets are met within stipulated timelines.
• Resource Management: Optimize manpower allocation and effectively manage shift rotations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Quality Control (QC), Maintenance, and Dispatch departments to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain rigorous hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in line with industry regulations.
• Efficiency Enhancement: Continuously monitor and improve production yields, productivity, and overall operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience specifically within the Seafood or Shrimp Processing industry.
• Education: Graduate or Diploma in Fisheries Science, Food Technology, or a related technical field.
• Skills: Strong leadership abilities, deep understanding of seafood yield management, and excellent problem-solving skills.
