Ltd., we specialize in manufacturing high-quality industrial safety products, including safety nets, windscreen systems, and lifeline safety systems.As a rapidly growing company, we are committed to advancing safety standards across industries.Currently, our manufacturing unit is located in Vasai Sativali. However, we are excited to announce that a new, state-of-the-art factory is under construction in Umargam, Gujarat. We plan to transition our operations from Vasai to Umargam within the next six months.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and organising production schedules
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing production processes
- Renegotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
- Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
- Supervising and managing the work of junior staff
- Organising relevant training sessions.
Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing management, with a proven track record of successful plant operations.
- Candidates preferred from the PEB/ Machine manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems relevant to manufacturing.
- Skills:
- Deep knowledge of production management
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Knowledge of budgeting concepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
