Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Jodhpur for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the production facility, ensuring quality control, compliance, and timely delivery of products. Responsibilities include streamlining processes, managing inventory, coordinating with procurement teams, maintaining equipment, supervising team workflows, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Additionally, the role involves implementing productivity strategies, monitoring budgets, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology / Production / related field
• 45 years of FMCG experience (preferably spices or herbs)
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control
• Experience with spice processing machinery (grinding, blending, packaging)
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations and ensure timely output

Plan and manage production schedules efficiently

Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO)

Optimize resources (manpower, machinery, raw materials)

Reduce wastage and control production costs

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, QC, Logistics)

Maintain production reports and documentation
