We are expanding internationally and looking for a Production Manager to lead high-quality audio production and help deliver compelling storytelling experiences to millions of listeners.

Role Overview

The Production Manager will work closely with voice-over artists, sound engineers, studios, and internal production teams to create high-quality audio content. The role involves managing production schedules, improving show quality, and ensuring engaging listener experiences across all stages of a show.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of producers and audio production leads.
• Manage recording sessions, sound design, and post-production workflows.
• Oversee scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing of shows.
• Analyze show performance and identify improvements to boost listener retention.
• Collaborate with content teams to plan production resources and timelines.
• Provide feedback and guidance to voice talent and creative teams.
• Contribute ideas to improve sound design and production quality.
• Support category managers in managing production budgets and planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in audio production, TV, media, or content production.
• Hindi and fluent English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of audio production workflows.
• Experience working with voice talent, studios, and production teams.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
