Qualification - B.Tech / Diploma - mech.

Experience - Min. 10+ yrs. in PEB Manufacturing Plant

Salary - Upto - 9.6 LPA

Location - Pune

Job Description

Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet project deadlines.

Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and materials for maximum productivity.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline production processes. Analyze and improve fabrication, welding, cutting, and assembly processes for higher efficiency.

Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to minimize waste and improve output.

Reduce production bottlenecks and ensure smooth material flow in the factory. Enforce strict quality control measures in raw material selection, fabrication, and final assembly.

Ensure compliance with industry standards (IS, ASTM, AWS, AISC) and ISO certifications.

Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to maintain product quality. Ensure the availability and maintenance of CNC machines, plasma cutting machines, welding stations, and painting booths.

Plan preventive maintenance schedules to avoid downtime and increase machine life.

Work with the maintenance team to troubleshoot machine breakdowns and ensure quick repairs.
