Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, based in Coimbatore. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production schedules are met, maintain quality standards, and manage resources to optimize efficiency. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards. Other responsibilities include tracking production metrics and ensuring delivery timelines while managing a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Production Planning, Workflow Optimization, and Resource Management
• Proven experience with Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, and Problem-Solving methodologies
• Knowledge of Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management
• Exceptional Team Leadership, Communication, and Project Management skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret production data to make informed decisions
• Familiarity with manufacturing technologies and industry compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the hydraulic or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
