Salary Range: USD 42,000 – USD 95,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands.
• Monitor production processes and resolve any issues that arise.
• Manage and lead a team of production staff, providing training and support.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the production environment.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for management.
