About the Role

We are seeking a Production Manager to lead plant operations in Udaipur. This role requires a hands-on leader to drive efficiency, maintain quality, and manage shift teams in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Operations: Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, production, and dispatch to meet targets without interruptions.

Production Planning & Execution: Develop and implement production schedules aligned with business goals; monitor real-time progress and adjust plans to address bottlenecks or urgent priorities.

Efficiency & Waste Reduction: Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement; implement lean practices to optimize output, reduce downtime, and minimize material wastage.

Team Handling & Shift Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise shift supervisors and line workers; manage shift rotations, ensure adequate staffing, and foster a culture of safety, discipline, and accountability.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing (Plastics/Packaging preferred)

Strong leadership skills and process understanding
