Production Manager- Line Head

Position: Production Manager Line Head

Location: Butibori MIDC, Nagpur, Maharashtra (Candidate must be ready to relocate to Nagpur.)

Experience: Minimum 8 10 years in production, operations; specifically in tile manufacturing.

Qualification: Minimum B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent engineering degree.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in production and operations in tile or related manufacturing.

Strong people management and team leadership skills.

Proficient in materials management and process optimization.

Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills.

Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Good English communication skills (verbal & written).

Energetic, self-driven, problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee end-to-end production operations to achieve production targets with quality

standards.

Monitor production planning, materials availability, and workflow optimization.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data and analytics.

Manage, guide, and mentor production teams and line operators.

Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and planning teams.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Resolve production bottlenecks and operational challenges proactively.
