Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring the production runs smoothly, and meeting production targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet production targets
- Oversee the production process, from raw materials to finished products
- Monitor production standards and ensure they are met
- Manage and motivate production staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production and delivery of products
- Track and report on production metrics and KPIs
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in production management
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Experience in process improvement and cost reduction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience in managing a large team of production staff
