Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Secunderābād. The Production Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the production process, from planning to final execution. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising teams, ensuring resource availability, vendor management, maintaining quality standards, client relations, ensure deliveries, onboarding and offboarding. The role also involves problem-solving to address challenges that may arise during production and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in creating and maintaining production schedules.
• Proficiency in team supervision and resource allocation to optimize workflows and meet project deadlines.
• Deep understanding of content creation processes within the film or digital media industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges during production efficiently.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management for production projects.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and production technologies is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Media, Film Production, Events Management, or related field preferred.
• Past experience as a Production Manager or Events Manager or in a similar leadership position is highly desirable.
