Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager - Injectables, located at our facility in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. The Production Manager will oversee and coordinate daily production activities for injectables, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimising resource utilisation, supervising staff, maintaining production records, and ensuring the timely delivery of products. The role also involves implementing process improvements, adhering to stringent safety and hygiene standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes with expertise in Injectable production
• Experience in production scheduling, team supervision, and operational workflows
• Understanding of regulatory compliance, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality standards in pharmaceutical production
• Proficiency in process optimisation, resource management, and waste reduction techniques
• Minimum five years of experience in the field
• Awareness of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment
