Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities on-site to ensure adherence to schedules, quality, and safety standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures in alignment with ISO and industry standards.
- Lead, motivate, and train the production team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage maintenance schedules and troubleshooting to reduce downtime and equipment failures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Experience in plastic injection molding manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production planning and process optimization
- Experience with quality standards and ISO compliance
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing equipment
Preferred
- Prior experience in a similar managerial role in plastics manufacturing
- Knowledge of automation and modern manufacturing technologies
