Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end garment production processes ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery deadlines while optimizing resource utilization.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams including factory staff, quality inspectors, and supply chain personnel.
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations applicable to garment manufacturing.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve production bottlenecks to enhance overall manufacturing performance.
- Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques to reduce costs and waste.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proven experience in garment production or apparel manufacturing
- Strong understanding of production planning and quality control methodologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing technologies and tools
- Ability to work on-site and coordinate multiple production units
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication skills in English and local languages
