Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of high-profile weddings and luxury events—from venue setup and vendor coordination to timeline management and on-site crisis resolution.
- Oversee crew deployment, equipment logistics, site safety, and real-time troubleshooting during live event days, ensuring zero downtime and premium client experience.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors and Clients to translate vision boards into executable technical riders, lighting plots, and staging blueprints.
- Manage budget adherence, resource allocation, and vendor performance across multi-city productions, negotiating costs without compromising quality.
- Develop and implement standardized production SOPs, checklists, and post-event debrief frameworks to drive continuous operational excellence.
- Train and mentor junior production coordinators and site supervisors to uphold brand standards and scalable workflow execution.
