Finster Black Private Limited is expanding operations and seeking qualified professionals to join our Production & Operations department. We require candidates with proven experience in batch reactor management, cycle optimization, and plant safety within the pyrolysis industry.
About the Role
We are recruiting across five key leadership and execution roles.
Responsibilities
- Grade G5: Plant Head - Strategic plant oversight, P&L, statutory compliance.
- Grade G4: Senior Operations Manager - Operational reliability, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), cost control.
- Grade G3: Production / Operations Manager - Cycle optimization, yield analysis, QCDSM management.
- Grade G2: Assistant Production Manager - Shift planning, inter-department coordination, troubleshooting.
- Grade G1: Production Supervisor - Daily batch execution, parameter monitoring, shift safety.
Required Skills
- Process Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of batch pyrolysis operations, heating sequences, and oil yield factors.
- Safety & Compliance: Expertise in maintaining reactor integrity, leak prevention, and strict adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability in team handling, worker discipline, and effective coordination with Maintenance and Utility teams.
- Efficiency: Focus on reducing downtime, optimizing fuel consumption, and accurate shift reporting.
