Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage end-to-end jewellery production to meet quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with design and CAD teams to ensure designs are production-feasible.
- Supervise karigars, vendors, and workshop staff to maintain productivity and workmanship quality.
- Control metal, stone, and labour usage to minimize wastage and rework.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, hallmarking, and compliance requirements.
- Track daily production schedules, bottlenecks, and on-time dispatch.
- Liaise with procurement and inventory teams for timely availability of materials.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, output, and cost control.
