Production Manager

We are looking for a hands-on and result-driven Production Manager from the Food/FMCG Manufacturing or Packaging industry to manage end-to-end production operations, ensure quality compliance, and drive efficient manufacturing processes. The role demands strong execution capability, operational control, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive production execution to meet daily and monthly targets
• Manage operations to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing flow
• Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance and food safety standards
• Monitor production efficiency, yield, and wastage control
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and warehouse teams
• Prepare and review production reports, MIS, and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and hygiene norms
• Lead and supervise production teams and shift operations
