Production Manager - Electronics Manufacturing (Kochi) 

About the Role

The Production Manager will be responsible for leading electronics hardware production, PCB assembly, testing, and overall production team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for professionals with strong production experience and the ability to lead manufacturing teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily production activities for electronics hardware and PCB assembly.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the production team.
• Coordinate with Stores, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and vendors to ensure smooth production operations.
• Ensure timely production with high quality standards and minimal rework.
• Identify and resolve production and quality-related issues efficiently.
• Drive process improvements, productivity enhancements, and workflow optimization.
• Support automation initiatives and the implementation of improved manufacturing practices.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance within the production area.
• Monitor and report production performance to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics or electrical manufacturing.
• Experience leading production teams as a Technician Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in PCB assembly, electronics testing and quality inspection, BOM management and component coordination
• B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in IoT hardware, Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), or electronics product manufacturing.
