We are Hiring - Production Manager - Electronics Manufacturing (Kochi)

About the Role

As a Production Manager, you'll take ownership of our electronics hardware production, PCB assembly, testing, and team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who knows how production really works and enjoys leading people.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily production activities for electronics hardware & PCB assembly
• Lead, guide, and motivate the production team
• Coordinate with Stores, QA, Engineering, and Vendors for smooth operations
• Ensure on-time production with high quality and minimal rework
• Resolve production and quality issues quickly and practically
• Improve processes, productivity, and workflow efficiency
• Support automation and better manufacturing practices
• Ensure safety and compliance in the production area
• Report production performance to management

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in electronics or electrical manufacturing
• Started career at Production Technician / Assembly / Line-level role
• Currently or previously handled a team (Technician Lead / Supervisor / Assistant Manager)
• Experience in: PCB Assembly, Electronics testing & quality checks, BOM handling & component coordination

Education

• B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

Added Advantage

• Experience in IoT hardware, EMS, or electronics product manufacturing
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing / Process Improvement / Kaizen
• Comfortable working closely with teams
