Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end production of acidic and basic castables and steel casting fluxes.
Control critical parameters: PSD, binder/additive dosage, moisture, mixing sequence, homogeneity, flowability.
Ensure compliance with product quality parameters (flow, setting time, CCS, HMOR, slag resistance, flux melting behavior).
Drive production planning, yield improvement, rejection reduction, and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with EHS, IMS (ISO 9001/14001/45001) and statutory requirements.
Lead and develop production teams; manage shifts and manpower planning.
Implement Lean, TPM, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.
Coordinate with Quality, R&D, Maintenance, SCM, Planning, and Dispatch.
Support new product trials, audits, and customer technical visits.
