Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a background in Fashion Designing who can manage end-to-end garment production. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and meet production timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete production process from sampling to final output

• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and factory teams

• Plan and monitor production schedules

• Ensure quality control at every stage of production

• Manage sourcing, costing, and inventory related to production

• Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in apparel production

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and manufacturing processes

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
