About the Role
Anziam Bio is looking for an experienced and proactive Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations for medical devices and wound care products. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, optimizing manufacturing processes, and leading production teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day production operations for medical devices and healthcare consumables.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Supervise manufacturing processes, manpower allocation, and machine utilization.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and medical device manufacturing regulations.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor raw material consumption, inventory levels, and production planning.
- Prepare SOPs, batch records, production reports, and documentation.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance at all times.
- Support audits, inspections, and validation activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in medical device or healthcare manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of GMP, ISO 13485, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in handling production teams and manufacturing operations.
- Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in wound care products, surgical consumables, or advanced healthcare products.
- Exposure to regulatory audits and documentation processes.
- Ability to manage multiple production lines efficiently.
