Key Responsibilities
Production Management
- Oversee the complete production cycle: woodwork metal fabrication painting modular work stone work final assembly.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet timelines and targets.
- Ensure smooth coordination between multiple departments and production lines.
Process Optimization
- Identify gaps in the existing process and implement improvements for faster, cost- effective, and quality-driven production.
- Introduce best practices, lean methods, and workflow optimization to increase output and reduce wastage.
Team Leadership
- Lead and guide production supervisors, operators, and technical staff.
- Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and discipline on the shop floor.
- Train teams on quality standards, safety protocols, and new processes.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards and client specifications.
- Maintain compliance with safety norms and factory regulations.
- Conduct regular quality audits and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Manage contractors and outsourced teams handling specialized tasks.
- Coordinate with B2B partners and external fabrication/finishing units when needed.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
- Track material usage, wastage, machine utilization, and output efficiency.
- Suggest CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) for operational issues.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1015 years of experience in furniture manufacturing (MANDATORY).
- Strong exposure to multi-stage production (wood, metal, painting, modular, stone).
- Ability to optimize processes and achieve production targets.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Excellent understanding of machinery, materials, and modern manufacturing methods
