Job Summary
The Solar Production Manager will lead and manage the production operations of solar projects, ensuring that manufacturing, installation, and maintenance processes are carried out smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Production Oversight:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all solar production operations, including system design, manufacturing, and installation.
- Monitor production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage production staff, technicians, and field workers involved in solar installations.
- Ensure team members are trained and compliant with safety regulations and technical standards.
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation.
Quality Assurance & Safety
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Oversee inspections and testing of solar equipment and installations to ensure compliance with local regulations and safety protocols.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and leading safety training initiatives.
