Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Lucknow. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day ATLC machine shop manufacturing operations, ensure production processes run smoothly, manage workforce scheduling, and monitor quality assurance measures. The role includes optimizing production efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety standards, troubleshooting issues, and tracking performance metrics. The Production Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations Management
• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Safety Standards implementation
• Skills in Team Management, Workforce Scheduling, and Performance Monitoring
• Ability to analyze operational processes and propose efficiency improvements
• Proficiency with production management software and tools
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management or a related area; advanced degree is a plus
• Aerospace casting machining experience essential
