Job Location : Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
Responsibilities
- Planning the production schedule for both Fabrication, Assembly sections.
- Implement, monitor & control the production schedule.
- Determine the human and material resources requirements for all sections.
- Organize, monitor the workflow in the subdivisions to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Train, Supervise and manage the Junior staffs and Production workers.
- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
- Determine and ensure the production output meets as per the Quality control Standards.
- Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.
- Estimate cost, prepare budgets and implement cost effective method in various division of production.
- Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
- Assessing the development needs in the components as well as Product and provide suggestion / input to the R&D
- Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between departments including Procurement, R&D and Service.
- Interviewing & selecting the talented personnel for the Production team
- Organize, repair and routine maintenance of Production equipment.
- Timely report to Top management
- Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.

Experience: 3 Years (Experience in Structural Manufacturing)
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related field.
