Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Line Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The Production Line Manager will oversee and manage daily production activities, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include planning production schedules, managing resources, supervising production teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role requires the ability to drive team performance, identify areas for process improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards in production processes.

Requirements :

Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.

Supervise assembly line processes such aswire cutting, crimping, soldering, PCB mounting, and testing.

Identify production bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

ImplementLean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen activities.

Optimize workstation layout and assembly processes.
