Hring: Production Lead
Location : Chandigarh, Mohali
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Lead to manage end-to-end project execution for a key Government client . The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, operational rigor, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of accountability for the Government client across all project deliverables and communications
- Own and manage all written communications, approvals, and client coordination
- Develop and submit communication strategies along with data-driven performance reports
- Chair weekly review meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on action items
- Maintain project issue/risk logs and proactively escalate critical concerns
- Track all Service Level Agreement (SLA) and legal agreement milestones
- Conduct penalties audits and submit monthly compliance reports
- Coordinate workflows across multiple teams and pods:
- Brief → Creative → Production → Social → Analytics → Reporting
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and overall financial management for the project
- Ensure timely execution while maintaining quality, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong project/program management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing Government or large enterprise accounts is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in project tracking and coordination tools
