Expertise and Experience:
- Proven 12 to 15 years of work experience as a production Support in the past
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft OS/DB/Web servers (IIS)
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Understanding of client/server technology and Cloud technologies
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor application performance and analyze system logs to identify potential issues proactively.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to validate bug fixes and new features
- Prior work experience of minimum 2 years as Lead Production Support.
- Engage with vendor and internal Product & Operation teams.
- Ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions are kept up to date.
- Should be well versed with Issue logging/tracking tools (ex. JIRA) and procedures.
- Capable of managing & monitoring L2 & L3 production support team
- Should have good in analytical skills and hands-on in log level analysis
- Should have a perfectionist approach to strive zero- defects in system accuracy, risk controls and regulatory compliance
Skills & Competencies:
- Troubleshooting skills
- Strong at SQL / query writing
- Technical knowledge of Java Backend, Front end
- Working knowledge of Windows/Linux/ Ubuntu OS, Shell scripting
- Wealth management experience (added advantage)
- Experience of Change and Release management
- Ability to get the User Acceptance Testing done with defined use cases of production issues.
- Knowledge of Oracle / SQL / PL-SQL is must
- Knowledge in API understanding is must
- Knowledge of SDLC concepts.
- Knowledge of Springboot framework is must
- Knowledge of AWS cloud is preferable.
