Job Title : Production Head (RTD, Thermocouples & Thermowells)
Location : Tempsens Instruments (India) Limited, Udaipur, India
Experience : 15 Years in Instrumentation Industry (Automobile Based will be Preferred)
Educational Qualification : B. Tech. (Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation)
MBA (May be preferred but not Mandatory)
Job Summary
Tempsens is seeking a hands on experienced and result-oriented production manager to handle manufacturing operations of RTD, Thermocouples and Thermowells. The role includes management of all production processes, ensuring product quality, technical compliance and productivity optimization with cross-team coordination to meet the TAT / client's delivery targets.

Essential Requirements
Strong knowledge base of contact temperature sensors-RTD/TC/TW
Proficiency in various welding processes (TIG, Laser, Micro-plasma)
Proficiency with CNC, VMC and fabrication processes of thermowell
Proficiency in Lean manufacturing / Automated Manufacturing
Excellent Leadership and decision making skills
Good communication and problem solving analytical skill
Preferred Skills
Exposure to international standards (ASTM, IEC, ASME for Thermowells)
Hands-on experience with SAP systems for production planning
