Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for customized furniture and interior fit-out projects. The role involves managing production planning, execution, manpower, quality control, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete production operations for furniture and interior projects
• Manage factory production including carpentry, modular work, metal fabrication, polishing, and finishing
• Plan and execute production schedules as per project timelines
• Ensure quality standards for retail, residential, and commercial interiors
• Handle manpower planning, productivity, and shop floor discipline
• Coordinate with design, project, and procurement teams
• Monitor raw material usage and control wastage
• Ensure machine maintenance, safety, and compliance
• Improve factory efficiency, processes, and output quality

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in furniture & interior manufacturing
• Knowledge of modular furniture, retail fixtures, and custom interiors
• Production planning and factory operations management
• Team handling and leadership skills
• Quality control and execution management
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
