We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Production Head to lead and manage end-to-end production operations for corporate events, brand activations, conferences, exhibitions, launches, award shows, and large-scale experiential events.

The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of experience in event production and should be extremely well versed with on-ground event execution, vendor coordination, technical production, logistics, and live event management. This role requires someone who can independently handle complete event production from planning to final execution while ensuring high-quality delivery under strict timelines.

• Strong expertise in corporate & live event production and on-ground execution.
• Excellent understanding of technical production, fabrication, staging, lighting, sound, and AV setups.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Ability to independently manage large-scale corporate events.
