Job Description

  • Own revenue for Consumer Campaigns by selling high-impact creative solutions to Brand Managers/Marketing Heads.
  • Lead discovery with Brand/Category/Trade Marketing teams to craft offer mechanics, media mix, and budget allocations.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder cycles across FMCG, Consumer Durables/FMCD, Retail, BFSI, Pharma; close complex, multi-year programs.
  • Steward marquee accounts; partner with Servicing/Delivery teams to ensure outcomes and unlock expansions.
  • Track category trends, rate cards, CPM/CPC/CPA norms, seasonal spends; feed back to Product/Marketing for better packaging and pricing.
  • Coach 2-5 Sales/AMs on deal strategy, proposals, objection handling, and executive storytelling.
