Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jadcherla, focused on production activities related to granulation, compression, coating, and capsule manufacturing. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating and monitoring production equipment, adhering to standard operating procedures, and ensuring batch processing meets quality and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with production and quality teams to maintain continuous workflow, conducting in-process checks, and documenting production data accurately. The position also includes supporting line clearance, participating in routine audits, and assisting in training team members on production practices and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to schedule batches, allocate resources, and achieve production targets efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Training skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and support knowledge sharing on procedures and safety.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to perform in-process checks, follow GMP guidelines, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, especially in granulation, compression, coating, and capsule operations, is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field is preferred.
- Understanding of GMP, safety protocols, and documentation practices, with the ability to work in shift operations, will be an advantage.
