Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Executive, located in Varanasi. The Production Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, including production planning, supervising production processes, and ensuring quality control. The role involves coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth production workflows and meeting production targets. Additionally, the Production Executive will contribute to the implementation of food technology advancements and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and team management
- Experience or education in Food Technology and its application in production
- Knowledge of Quality Control processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
- Ability to organize and multitask in a fast-paced production environment
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or food production industries is an advantage
