Job Location : Vizag
Exp : Min 4 years who have experience in production chemical hazardous
Qualification : B..E /B.tech / BSC /Msc /Dip
Industry : Chemical
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibility of production planning and control (Includes production planning, routing, development of production schedules, Follow up, Inspections and corrective measures.
- Ensuring that the production is cost effective by means of trainings and continual improvement action plans
- Knowledge of Process/Analysis of various reports . Prepare and submit RCA for market complaints, manufacturing issues, EHS incidents.
- Good understanding of safety processes in production and capable of leading its implementation
- Participating and Leading production function in audits and visits quality, safety, customer visits etc.
- Implementation of TOC (Theory of constraint) to maintain inventory level of finished goods, RM/PM at plant and RDC(Regional distribution center )
- Track the material Yield and lead the yield improvement initiatives.
- Lead organizational drives e.g 5S implementation, QRI, Kaizen ,Safety PPEs, Work Permit adherence and compliance to all audit points in time & in full (EHS, Safety, LM). Implementation and monitoring of legal metrological compliances
