Role & responsibilities
- Knowledge of KRONES Blow Molding- Filler (Combi Block), Labeler, shrink wrap, Palletizer and Stretch Wrapper Operations.
- Must have experience in PET line, Hot fill line, GRB line.
- Take care of proper GMP, GHK on line.
- Dealing with shift to shift production to achieve production plan compliance in terms of leading line teams, maintaining line productivity and trouble shooting. On line monitoring of Key Performance Measures and corrective measures implementation. Production Documentation, Control and making on-line SAP booking etc. Ensuring RM/PM availability as per production plan. Ensuring proper running of line equipment's as per OEM guide lines to achieve zero breakdown. To deal hands on with the breakdown to ensure minimum MTTR by involving line teams Ensuring Daily CLITA activities, CBM and TBM of line equipment's.
- Ensuring the preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines
- Manage the day to day line operation of product quality , manpower handling, line troubleshooting and maintain the line standards as per food & beverages industry.
Preferred candidate profile
- Must have experience in beverages OR beaveries manufacturing Industry
- Candidate should have good knowledge of food safety.
- Knowledge of SAP, MS excel, MS office
- Qualification should be - B.Tech / BE
- Manpower planning.
